Role Overview
This role involves managing large complex product implementations that involve high degree of configuration, integration and product development effort.Key Responsibilities
- Driving clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to defined scope, dates, and budget.
- Project definition, planning, tracking, management, and control.
- Ability to engage competently with client at all levels of the organization.
- Running project and exec steering meetings
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex multi-million-dollar projects within the financial services industry.
- Minimum of 7+ years project management experience with full project management responsibilities.
- Prior management consulting and/or system dev mgmt experience
- Has worked in a similar company type to a global implementation company, Vendor, Product company.
- Financial services experience (experience in post trade automation space a bonus)
- Excellent client facing skills. A good communicator with strong relationship building skills.
- Good commercial awareness and governance.
- Good contractual awareness.
- Knowledge and experience with PM methodologies. (Prince 2 or PMP)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and implementations
