As an ABM/Demand Gen Campaign Specialist, you’ll take charge of executing targeted campaigns that convert key accounts and ICPs into a high-intent pipeline. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketops to craft campaigns that move the needle—from early-stage engagement to sales-ready conversations.
This is your chance to operationalize ABM with a full stack of tools and all teams involved—infuse precision into demand generation and building scalable playbooks that align with sales-led GTM motions.
- Build and execute full-funnel campaigns targeted at high-value accounts using channels like email, paid media, LinkedIn, and outbound sales collaboration
- Work with Sales & Product to test segmentation logic and personalization strategies across personas, industries, and buying stages
- Own campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking using HubSpot, Salesforce, and other martech tools
- Partner with SDRs and AEs to create coordinated plays that increase engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing to develop tailored messaging and assets
- Launch A/B tests across copy, creatives, and channels to optimize campaign performance
- Track account engagement and funnel progression to surface timely insights and refine targeting
- Report on campaign effectiveness using KPIs like pipeline influenced, engagement rate, and CAC
- 2+ years of experience in demand-gen related - campaign management roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with campaign tools like HubSpot, Smartleads, LinkedIn Ads, and Clearbit
- Familiarity with sales-led funnel strategies
- Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles, key personas (especially technical decision-makers), and ICP-driven marketing
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
- Proven ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, high-growth environments
