About the Role
Join our team as an Accounting Manager and play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial infrastructure during a dynamic phase of growth. Your initial task will be vital, leading the completion of our NetSuite ERP system and tackling intricate accounting tasks tied to inventory and revenue recognition. You'll craft and refine processes for a better financial close, with an emphasis on meaningful reporting and actionable analysis. As part of your journey with us, you'll contribute to our first external audit, all while collaborating with diverse teams to build a robust foundation for our expanding company.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5+ years of experience
- NetSuite ERP system implementation exposure
- Experience with internet-enabled hardware
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of inventory accounting systems
- Ability to design and implement financial processes
- Experience in financial system integrations within a growing organization
- Successful NetSuite ERP system rollout
- Proven record in optimizing financial close cycles
- Experience with complex revenue recognition and inventory accounting environments
Details
- The annual salary range for this role is $140,000 - 170,000 + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision)
- Flexible PTO
- Location: Remote, US; East Coast or Central preferred
