What are we looking for?
BetterHelp is the largest Podcast advertiser in the world, and we’ve been hard at work at scaling Radio and Streaming, as well. We’re looking for someone to help us manage and continue to evolve our ad operations for podcast, radio and digital radio advertising strategies in our US and Non-US markets. You are organized and can manage a large amount of moving pieces and deadlines.
You have experience with advertising operations, preferably in audio. You are knowledgeable on the processes of advertising from discovery, to negotiating, creative, campaign launch, QA, measurement, and billing/reconciling. You are organized and can help manage information for hundreds of shows from an operational standpoint. You are innovative and utilize AI to improve efficiency where it makes sense, and are open-minded to creating new solutions. You love a challenge and are a great team-player.
What will you do?
- Work alongside the Audio Strategy team by managing all operations as it relates to our podcast, radio and digital radio advertising in our US and Non-US markets. Examples include:
- IO Management: Process insertion orders by entering the data and information of the buys into our systems, generate PO order #s with the accounting department, and assist with Billing/Reconciling at EOM to ensure all partners are paid correctly and on time.
- Develop & Maintain QA Management: Help ensure that our ads run correctly by utilizing our QA and pixel tools like Podscribe.
- Compliance: Manage compliance efforts for our channels ranging from brand safety checks on new partners to ensuring all creative is compliance approved, and all shows are adhering to our policies.
- Help create new workflows and systems in order to keep our department evolving with AI and new tools for management and tracking of documents, information and processes.
- Assist with the Creative process by helping to move all audio creative needs from production to compliance to delivery, ensuring all partners receive talking points, scripts and spots on time.

Can I work remotely?
Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We ask employees to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person and strengthen working relationships. Travel expenses are covered and reasonable accommodations are made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing ad ops for audio (podcast, radio and/or digital radio) campaigns or offline channels on either the brand, agency or publisher side.
- Innovative mindset with a knack for improving systems and workflows for efficiency.
- Incredibly organized and efficient with a large number of tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
- Positive outlook and ability to work as a team
Requirements
- Knowledge of audio industry tools like Podscribe and Magellan
- Experience with Looker and Salesforce
- Experience at a DR/DTC growth brand who buys audio

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable to all full-time positions.
