SUMMARY
We are seeking a technically skilled and commercially savvy AI Developer to join our high-impact Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI-driven prompts, workflows, and intelligent Agents that enhance the effectiveness and productivity of our go-to-market teams. You will play a strategic role in embedding agentic automation, generative AI, and AI copilots into daily workflows across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner organizations.
You are someone who thrives at the intersection of AI technology, sales process, and GTM strategy. You understand how SaaS companies move buyers through the funnel — and you’re excited to operationalize that knowledge through scalable AI solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and Build Agentic Workflows:
Develop and deploy intelligent AI workflows and agentic task automations across platforms such as Gemini, Glean, ChatGPT to reduce friction and boost sales efficiency. - Prompt Engineering for GTM Use Cases:
Create and refine high-quality prompts tailored to sales scenarios, including prospecting, deal management, discovery, objection handling, and internal productivity tasks. - Workflow Integration:
Partner with Sales, Revenue Ops, Enablement, and Marketing to map manual GTM processes and re-architect them using AI tools and APIs to increase speed, consistency, and output. - Field Productivity Optimization:
Identify repetitive tasks and inefficiencies in the seller workflow and develop AI-based automations or assistant tools to eliminate them, boosting time spent in active selling. - Cross-Platform Deployment:
Enable AI usage across multiple platforms and teams, ensuring secure, compliant deployment of agents in tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, Salesforce, and Gong. - Measurement & Reporting:
Track adoption and measure impact of deployed AI agents and workflows on key metrics (e.g., AE productivity, sales velocity, onboarding time, pipeline creation). - Governance & Best Practices:
Define standards for prompt architecture, testing, and iteration. Establish AI governance principles to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across workflows. - Collaboration & Evangelism:
Serve as an internal evangelist for AI in GTM. Collaborate with Enablement and RevOps teams to train internal users on new AI tools and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3–5+ years in AI development, machine learning, or agentic systems design
- Experience in a SaaS, enterprise software, or GTM-related environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Gong, and other GTM tech stack tools
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with global stakeholders
- Strong Technical Expertise:
Experience building agentic workflows and custom AI assistants using tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Glean, Bolt, Cusor, or Python-based frameworks. - Sales & GTM Fluency:
Deep understanding of SaaS GTM motions, sales stages, value-based selling, and the modern buyer's journey. - Prompt Engineering:
Proven ability to craft and iterate on complex prompts that produce reliable, high-quality results across LLMs. - Systems Thinker:
Ability to map complex sales or operational processes and identify opportunities for automation and augmentation. - Creative Problem-Solver:
Strong bias toward innovation and experimentation; thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Skilled at translating technical ideas into business impact. Experience working closely with sales, enablement, marketing, and operations teams. - Security & Compliance Awareness:
Familiarity with enterprise security standards, especially regarding AI tool usage, PII, and SOC2 compliance.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
