About the role:

As an AI Intern, you will support the development and deployment of AI solutions at G-P. You will gain exposure to machine learning, natural language processing, and cloud technologies while working alongside experienced AI engineers and data scientists.

This role is suitable for a 3rd year Computer Science student that is available for a 6 month internship starting from July -December this year.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing AI-driven solutions for real business problems.
  2. Support data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to build machine learning models.
  3. Troubleshoot complex technical issues about data and AI
  4. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate AI capabilities
  5. Contribute to experimental AI prototypes.
  6. Write clear and concise documentation of your work and findings.
  7. Participate in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and technical reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Pursuing Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Deep understanding and practical experience in machine learning and natural language processing especially LLMs
  • Strong foundational knowledge in statistical modeling, probability, and linear algebra
  • Strong Python programming skills
  • High standards for code craftsmanship (maintainable, testable, production-ready code)
  • Knowledge of AWS
  • Able to work independently.
  • Highly motivated and result driven
