About this role
As an AI strategist atPareto.ai, you’ll be a strategist, innovation catalyst, and hands-on problem solver. You’ll work directly with customers to discover new use cases, design novel business models, and drive expansion through both technical and commercial innovation. Success requires deep AI understanding and the ability to roll up your sleeves alongside technical teams and customers.

Identify and develop transformative AI opportunities within existing customer organizations
Design and prototype novel business models that leverage AI capabilities
Work hands-on with customers’ technical teams to identify high-value AI applications
Collaborate with internal experts to build proof-of-concepts and pilots
Drive expansion through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives
Lead customer workshops and innovation sessions to uncover new use cases
Develop deep expertise in AI/ML technologies and their practical applications
Partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into solutions
Create repeatable playbooks for AI value creation across industries
Build economic models and business cases for AI initiatives
Core Qualifications
Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies - you can discuss transformer architectures, fine-tuning approaches, and deployment considerations
Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms (experience with Python, notebooks, or API integration is a plus)
Ability to work directly with data scientists, engineers, and technical stakeholders
Strong business acumen with experience in business model innovation
Comfort with ambiguity and creating structure from scratch
Excellent facilitation and workshop leadership skills
Track record of driving expansion within complex enterprise accounts
Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field; advanced degree preferred for senior roles
