The Role
We're looking for an AI Technical Architect/Expert who can collaborate closely with internal teams, initially focusing on designing and guiding AI solutions, eventually scaling to external client engagements.
What you’ll do:

Work within our client's team to advise and build AI-driven applications and solutions

Start with internal PoCs and scale capabilities for external projects

Advise on architecture and implementation strategies

Oversee technical delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Full-stack with basic knowledge in Go, Python, and React
- Infrastructure knowledge in either Azure or GCP
- Familiarity with GPT and other advanced AI/ML models
Skills - Required
- Japanese speaker
- Deep knowledge of AI and ML architectures and implementations
- Hands-on experience with either Azure AI stack (OpenAI APIs, Azure ML) or GCP AI services
- Experience developing and deploying AI PoCs and solutions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Skills - Additional nice to have
- Experience with conversational AI and chat-based solutions
- UI/UX understanding for AI-driven applications
- Project management experience or exposure
- Experience working with Japanese companies
Industry/Function Experience
- Experience in e-commerce, healthcare, or manufacturing industries preferred, though not mandatory.
Logistics:
- Ideally aligned with Japan Time (JST) or significant overlap to facilitate collaboration during standard business hours.
- Japanese proficiency is prioritized, with English proficiency beneficial.
