About the Role
We’re looking for a self-directed builder — someone who sees a messy, manual process and instinctively reaches for a faster, smarter way to solve it. As our AI Workflow & Automation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining internal and client-facing automations using low-code and no-code tools like Make, Zapier, GPT, Perplexity, OpenPipe, and more.
You’ll be at the frontier of how AI meets service delivery: helping us turn insight into execution, faster than ever before.
This isn’t a role for a traditional software engineer. You don’t need to know how to code — but you do need to know how to think. If you’re resourceful, relentless, and love figuring out how to make tools work together in ways they weren’t originally meant to, you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do
- Build AI-powered workflows using tools like Make, Zapier, OpenPipe, LangChain, GPT, and mor
- Automate recurring internal processes to improve speed, visibility, and accuracy
- Develop external-facing automations to help our clients scale faster and serve better
- Build internal dashboards or toolkits that give visibility into data, status, or success metrics
- Rapidly prototype, test, and refine new ideas — and document what works
- Stay ahead of what’s possible in AI tooling and bring those ideas to life inside our systems
- Collaborate with our founder and operations team to turn insights into action — fast
What We’re Looking For
- Loves building — You’ve created workflows or automations for yourself, your team, or your clients.
- Low-code native — You’ve used tools like Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, or similar — and you’re quick to learn others.
- AI fluent — You’ve played with GPT, Perplexity, Claude, or OpenAI’s APIs. You understand how to use LLMs in workflows.
- Fast problem solver — You figure things out with limited instruction. You ask sharp questions. You ship.
- Structured thinker — You can visualize systems, break down logic, and explain your thinking clearly.
- Detail-oriented — You test your workflows. You spot edge cases. You clean up what you build.
- Bonus: Experience building tools or automations for operations, staffing, or client service teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English — You must be able to document processes clearly, communicate ideas with precision, and participate in fast-paced discussions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive monthly compensation
- Starts at $1,000–$1,500 USD/month, with potential to grow to $1,800–$2,000+ for top performers who demonstrate speed, ownership, and strong execution
- Annual bonus equivalent to one month salary
- Performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents (depending on location and local policy availability)
- Annual continuing education budget to support professional development

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
