Job Description

Our client is a renowned Amazon consultancy that provides expert guidance and services to help sellers maximize their potential on Amazon. They are currently seeking a highly skilledGraphic Design Lead with strong Amazon experience to lead their growing creative team. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for product marketing and design, this is your chance to make a major impact.

Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM to 5 PM EST

Role Overview:
The Graphic Design Lead will manage and lead a small creative team to produce high-quality design templates for Amazon listings, A+ content, and other creative assets. This role focuses on driving performance through visually compelling and optimized listings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Lead a team of 2–3 designers by developing high-quality design templates for Amazon listing images, A+ content, and other creative assets.

  • Amazon-Focused Design: Spearhead visual strategy for Amazon listings, optimizing main images and overall creative direction to drive conversion.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Manager to align design execution with account strategy and growth goals.

  • Project Coordination: Communicate creative needs and finalized templates to the Project Manager, who will assign work across the team—no direct project management required.

  • Marketing Strategy Input: Play a key role in developing product marketing strategy through visuals, ensuring strong market positioning and customer appeal.

  • Optimized Amazon Listings: Compelling and high-converting listing images that improve performance across multiple client accounts.

  • Efficient Design Processes: Clear design systems and templates that enable your team to produce high-quality work quickly and consistently.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Seamless collaboration with project managers and brand teams to drive creative alignment with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Amazon Experience (Non-Negotiable): Must have hands-on experience designing for the Amazon platform (listing images, A+ content, etc.).

  • Design Expertise: ExceptionalPhotoshop skills are required. Familiarity withCanva is a plus. Experience withFigma is preferred for review and feedback workflows.

  • Team Collaboration: Experience working in or leading creative teams. Previous leadership experience is a plus, though not required.

Nice to Haves:

  • Product Marketing: Background in product or performance marketing, ideally for e-commerce brands, with a strong grasp of how to visually communicate value to customers.

  • Video Editing: Any experience with video editing tools will be considered an advantage.

Tools Used:

  • Primary: Photoshop

  • Additional: Canva, Figma

  • At least3+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an e-commerce or Amazon-focused environment.

  • Astrategic thinker who understands both aesthetics and performance.

  • Someone who’s comfortable working independently, managing a small team, and contributing to marketing discussions.

  • Must be able to workEST hours.
