About You:

We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketplace & Brand Integrity Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be crucial in safeguarding our brand's presence and reputation across the online ecosystem. In this critical role, you'll be instrumental in protecting our brand's reputation and ensuring a fair marketplace for our products, with a particular focus on Amazon and other key e-commerce platforms. You'll be the point person in combating gray market activities and upholding brand integrity through meticulous analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic enforcement. Responsibilities:

  • Brand Enforcement & Gray Market Management:
    • Develop and execute strategies to identify, monitor, and address gray market activities across all online websites.
    • Lead the enforcement against unauthorized sellers and counterfeit products, including executing takedowns of infringing listings and websites.
    • Implement and refine test buy strategies, utilizing triangulation reporting to identify and track illicit activities.
    • Own and manage direct customer responses on marketplaces and customer experience (CX) inquiries related to brand integrity issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner closely with operations, quality, and marketing teams to align on brand enforcement strategies and ensure consistent messaging and action across all channels.
    • Provide insights and support to optimize product listings and brand representation on marketplaces.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Generate and present weekly and monthly enforcement reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and the impact of brand protection efforts.
    • Analyze data to identify emerging threats and opportunities for enhancing brand integrity.
  • Customer Experience & Marketplace Management:
    • Own and manage direct customer responses related to brand integrity inquiries on marketplaces and through customer experience (CX) channels.
    • Oversee the management of End-of-Life (EOL) and New Product Launch (NPL) processes on marketplaces, ensuring accurate product representation and minimizing potential for gray market exploitation.
    • Conduct regular catalog audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal visibility of our products across all marketplaces.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain management, operations, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working directly with Amazon; managing analytics tools, business and shopper insights, data-driven planning, and driving eCommerce optimization
  • Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in managing large data sets, experience with Tableau, and Google Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to inform strategy.
  • Direct experience in managing brand integrity programs, combating gray market sales, and executing intellectual property enforcement actions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external teams.
  • A self-starter who can anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and meticulously manage multiple tasks.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$80,000$90,000 USD
