Reporting to the Analytics Manager, this role presents a unique and exciting opportunity to join our advanced data practice.

Your mission will be to maximize the power of data with trusted and scalable data solutions, making sure that data flows throughout the company and that everyone has the information they need to make better decisions faster.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain data models to enable more and faster insights that influence strategic decision-making.
  • Use tools like DBT to wrangle data and build datasets for reporting.
  • Leverage our BI tooling to build, maintain, and own dashboards that empower the business to interpret and act quickly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs, providing solutions that empower them to leverage data effectively.
  • Develop high-impact data layers, user interfaces, and other tools to enable self-service analytics, such as custom alerting.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Min. 2-3 years relevant work experience as an Analytics Engineer or BI Engineer/Developer, preferably within a high-growth environment.
  • Ability to write complex SQL, ad-hoc data pipelines, and data models, preferably in DBT.
  • Deep familiarity with dimensional modeling/data warehousing concepts.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • General understanding of orchestration best practices and workflow management tools (Airflow, Luigi, etc.).
