We are looking for a highly motivatedAppointment Setter to handle warm inbound leads and qualify prospects by setting appointments. This role is key to driving the company’s growth by effectively managing lead pipelines and fostering strong client relationships.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Outreach: Manage warm inbound leads primarily through outbound calling (100-200+ calls per day). Utilize PhoneBurner dialer efficiently for high-volume outreach.
Appointment Setting: Qualify prospects and book qualified meetings for the sales team, ensuring prospects are informed and ready to engage further.
Objection Handling: Skillfully navigate objections during calls to build rapport and advance the sales process.
CRM Management: Update CRM accurately with call outcomes, lead information, and appointment details to maintain clean sales records.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach approaches and improve pipeline quality.
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ year in B2B sales or sales development with proven experience in high-volume cold or warm calling.
Communication: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written skills, able to communicate confidently and professionally.
Technical Skills: Proficient with dialers such as PhoneBurner (highly preferred) and CRM software for lead and pipeline management.
Sales Skills: Excellent objection handling and interpersonal skills, with a goal-oriented mindset.
Attributes: Highly motivated, personable phone presence, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
