Your Mission:
As part of our Finance team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:

Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts.

Communicate discrepancies to the management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates that help us reduce outstanding receivables.

Strengthen and grow relationships with clients by proactively communicating with customers regarding past-due accounts and providing exceptional support.

Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying areas for performance improvement and driving process enhancements.

Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied properly, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are promptly resolved.

Perform daily cash management duties, including recording bank deposits, updating and distributing cash receipt logs, and posting cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.

Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail to support timely payment resolution.

Gather and process data for reporting to support invoice creation and delivery.

Prepare analytical and ratio analyses relevant to accounts receivable so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing.

Support month-end close processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.

Lead individual projects that improve team processes and procedures, delivering measurable impact to the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Exercise integrity and confidentiality in all financial reporting, and comply with national and local financial requirements at every step.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or a related finance role (an Associate’s degree or equivalent is a plus).

Skills: You’re a proactive problem-solver with strong math skills and an understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping. You thrive on attention to detail and exceptional time management.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient with NetSuite and experienced working with CRM systems like Salesforce. You’re also comfortable with Google Drive and intermediate Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs).

Mindset: You’re an articulate and collaborative communicator who treats company and partner information with confidentiality, and you embrace process improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Cash Compensation:
The base salary for this role is starting at $58,000-$70,000 with upside potential based on performance. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise.
