Our Finance team

We are looking for a detail orientated & collaborative ALM Modeller (UK) to play a key role in enhancing Treasury’s balance sheet management modelling capabilities. This is an important role for us, which will work across the Treasury, Finance and Risk functions.

🔑 You’ll play a key role by…

  • Bringing ALM subject matter expert knowledge, complemented with detailed knowledge of ALM systems, good understanding of best practice approaches, tools and techniques
  • Managing and implementing incremental Treasury (IRRBB, Liquidity, CSRBB and Behavioural) models changes as a result of fast growing business and regulatory requirements
  • Reviewing completeness and accuracy of input data; working in partnership with the Data collective
  • Identifying key dependencies, configurations and running tests and validations on Treasury models
  • Managing detailed definition of ALM system requirements, including configuration and testing approach
  • Delivering configurations and modelling changes in line with requirements
  • Promoting a culture of continuous innovation, optimisation and improvement
  • Understanding and explaining system outputs, preparing attribution analysis and reports

🤩 We’d love to hear from you if you have…

  • A technical qualification or significant experience within ALM function, including in-depth knowledge of the regulatory requirements and risk practices
  • A highly analytical and forward thinking approach
  • Expert knowledge of ALM systems
  • Technical skills e.g. SQL, VBA and Python
  • Exceptional drive, motivation and commitment
  • Focus on operational excellency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to handle multiple outputs at the same time
