About the Role:
The Associate Creative Producer, Partnerships, is a cross-functional leader responsible for turning creative ambition into operational clarity. Reporting to the VP Creative Strategy, Partnerships, this role will serve as the connective tissue between vision and execution, ensuring that every campaign launched from The Rewards Lab is strategically vetted, operationally sound and flawlessly executed.

Pre-Sale: Vetting & Validation
- Pressure-test early stage ideas for feasibility, timing and scope.
- Navigate internal approvals across GTM, Product, Marketing, Legal and Compliance.
- Align stakeholders early to reduce friction downstream.
- Ensure every pitch is grounded in real-world, executable logic.
Post-Sale: Execution & Delivery
- Transition concepts from pitch to production with clear roles, timelines and deliverables.
- Lead internal workback planning, deck builds, asset creation and platform setup.
- Act as the quarterback across teams: The Rewards Lab, GTM, Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, etc.
- Ensure smooth and efficient delivery from kick-off to recap.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Creative Strategists within The Rewards Lab to bring partnerships from idea to execution.
- Serve as the operational lead on all The Rewards Lab campaigns, ensuring clarity, accountability and creative integrity.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from feasibility to retrospective
- Build and maintain scalable systems that support cross-functional speed and clarity.
- Help codify best practices, timelines and templates to support future testing at scale.
- Champion process excellence without stifling creativity.

- You manage multiple workstreams without sacrificing detail, creativity or momentum.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in creative production, brand operations or integrated project management at an agency, brand or publisher.
- Deep understanding of both marketing campaign workflows and internal organizational dynamics.
- Strong creative instincts with a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
- Background in CPG, shopper marketing or platform-based advertising is a plus.
- Comfortable using project management tracking tools and developing repeatable systems that drive efficiency.
Compensation:
