About the Team

The Dasher Retention Marketing team’s mission is to make Dashing the best way to earn in the gig space while improving quality for Merchants and Consumers across the platform. Our projects focus on improving the Dasher (Driver) experience through education, incentives and affordable access to gear that enable Dashers to maximize their earnings. The team is composed of people from different professional backgrounds collaborating to test and scale marketing, operational, and product solutions to these challenges.

About the Role

As an Associate Manager of Dasher Retention Marketing, you will own the International lifecycle communication programs to improve Dasher quality and retention. You’ll leverage email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging to drive key business metrics for our Australia, New Zealand, and Canada markets. You will collaborate with all parts of the business including Product, Strategy and Operations, and Analytics to ensure the International programs meet the growing needs of drivers and contribute to our business goals.

  • Develop, test and implement CRM strategies to improve key business metrics for International programs. Experiment with new strategies and CRM tactics to increase dasher acquisition and deliver a personalized end-user experience.
  • Create the strategy and framework to personalize Dasher communications based on their preferences and market supply health.
  • Manage cross-functional relationships with product marketing, operations, and product partners to lead the go to market communications strategy for International programs, including testing, iteration, and scaling.
  • Manage the campaign strategy end to end. Includes driving the creative review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, identifying target audience segments and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports
  • Align with International teams regularly to share best practices and insights with the broader marketing team
We’re excited about you because…
  • 4-6+ years of experience in marketing or growth overall; 3+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, CRM, or retention marketing. Experience working on International programs is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills; able to create data-driven marketing campaigns, experience with SQL a plus
  • A record of driving business results via cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Sigma, Tableau, etc.
  • Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-task
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
