The Role
As anAssociate Product Designer at Sprinto, you’ll work directly on product experiences that impact thousands of users. You’ll support the design of new features and enhancements, contribute to improving existing workflows, and help maintain design quality across the platform.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in UX and visual design who’s looking to sharpen their skills by working closely with experienced designers, product managers, and engineers in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to ship intuitive and well-crafted product experiences.
- Work on user flows, wireframes, hi-fidelity mocks, and interactive prototypes usingFigma.
- Help maintain and contribute to our shared design system and UI patterns.
- Participate in research and discovery to understand user problems and inform your work.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, testing, and implementation constraints.
- Support design documentation and ensure your work is well-communicated and dev-ready.
- 1–2 years of experience in product or UX/UI design.
- Solid working knowledge ofFigma (auto layout, components, prototyping, etc.).
- A portfolio that reflects strong UX thinking and clean, accessible interface design.
- Familiarity with usability principles and an understanding of responsive web design.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow through feedback and mentorship.
- Experience designing web-based tools or B2B platforms.
- Exposure to design QA, accessibility standards, or front-end handoff processes.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, or Loom.
- Interest in refining design operations or contributing to team documentation and process.
