They are seeking a motivated and personable B2B Appointment Setter to drive outbound cold calling and follow-up efforts. This role is crucial for generating qualified appointments with business prospects and supporting the growth of the sales pipeline.
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 8 AM - 8 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Outbound Outreach:
Conduct cold calls to targeted businesses using a simple, proven script to introduce the client’s dialer solution.
Engage potential customers by clearly communicating product value and setting qualified appointments.
Follow-Up Management:
Reach out to opt-in leads who have shown interest but have not converted within the last 60+ days.
Maintain consistent and professional follow-ups to nurture these leads and drive appointment booking.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers and ensure they are ready and informed for sales conversations.
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach and lead nurturing.
Communication & CRM Management:
Use CRM systems to track calls, update lead statuses, and manage appointment calendars accurately.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and optimal conversion rates.
Qualifications
Experience:
Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting, preferably in B2B environments (B2B experience is a plus but not required).
Demonstrated success in handling outbound calls with high call volumes.
Communication Skills:
Fluent English (verbal and written) with an American-sounding accent.
Strong interpersonal skills with a natural phone presence and engaging personality.
Technical Skills:
Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn and use CRM and dialer software.
Comfortable working with sales scripts and following structured outreach processes.
