THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a B2B Paid Media Senior Manager to join our Paid Media Growth Marketing Team.

As Wellhub continues to rapidly grow globally, we are looking for someone to focus on our most strategic market, the United States. This position will focus on high-priority strategic projects with visibility to senior leadership and senior stakeholders.
As a Senior Paid Media Manager for the US Market, you will be part of the Growth Marketing Team, playing a critical role in driving our digital marketing initiatives across various channels to increase demand generation, lead generation, awareness, and engagement for Wellhub.
This position involves leading the US and North America Region, collaborating closely with marketing, paid media, and creative teams, and managing end-to-end campaigns execution for channels like LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, etc. Reporting to the Global Paid Media Director, you'll be required to build the bridge between the Marketing and Paid Media teams, run multiple types of campaigns like ABH/Hyper-targeted, Awareness, Lead Gen, Full Funnel, etc. Your Hands-on approach will include designing campaigns, analyzing performance , and optimizing strategies to drive performance, The Paid Media Sr Manager will be building, motivating and leading the Paid Media Team in the United States.
- A senior professional with extensive experience in digital advertising and online media buying (SEM, paid social, retargeting, display), including SMB and Enterprise-level clients with a focus on Lead Generation, Lead Quality and ROAs.
- Proven track record of managing CPL, CPA, ROAS, and B2B revenue goals with a demonstrated history of driving profitable results at scale.
- Run recurring meetings with the team to report results back to the main stakeholders and ensure continuous alignment with the Regional Marketing Team.
- Work in Partnerships with the regional marketing leadership to define the Paid Media strategy and its function in the overall marketing strategy. The Paid Media Sr Manager is the owner and guardian of the regional strategy or the paid channels.
- Experience with Growth experimentation methodologies, B2B full funnel campaigns, attribution models, and A/B testing.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and global projects with multiple stakeholders, including data analytics, creative teams, and communication with stakeholders like sales teams.
- Build trust with the stakeholders, while also motivating the regional Paid Media Team.
- Strong analytical skills for robust data-driven decision-making. A natural affinity for numbers, analytics, and the detailed workings of complex systems.
- Inspire and Empower the team: Lead end-to-end Paid Media campaigns and growth initiatives, inspire the team to have a positive impact during the journey. Motivate the team and genuinely care about the people.
- Participate on Global and Regional forums to brin the Paid Media expertise to the main forums.
- Reporting: Maintain and analyze Paid Media reports, providing regular updates to the regional marketing teams and Growth Marketing Leadership.
- Drive Performance: The Paid Media Sr Manager is responsible for the targets in the US Region. Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done and achieve goals.

- 4+ years of hands-on digital experience leading growth and strategy through paid media channels.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
- Experience managing paid media teams and leading paid media strategy for B2B.
- Proven success with B2B Paid Media campaigns on multiple channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc, including audience segmentation and strategic thinking.
- Experience using Google Sheets (function and pivot tables), Tableau, Data Studio or other data visualization tools for aggregation, manipulation and visualization of data.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning skills.
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
- Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done, with an eagerness to learn how to grow with hands-on mindset.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaborate in team environment.
- A self-starter who can multitask, balance priorities, and adapt to a fast-growing organization.
- Good proficiency in Excel an dprevious experience using it to build models and forecasts.
- Native or able to communication in Advanced English.
- Certifications from the main Advertising platforms is a plus.
- Experience running Paid Media campaigns for Technology/SaaS Companies is a big plus

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
