Join Turing as our strategic and globally-minded Benefits Partner to join our People team. As our Benefits Partner you'll be responsible for designing, managing, and evolving our global benefits programs across the U.S., India, Brazil, the UK, and Colombia. You'll own renewals, vendor relationships, compliance reporting, and employee education—ensuring our benefits programs reflect our values, local regulations, and employee needs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Design
- Lead annual benefits strategy, vendor selection, and renewals across all operating countries, balancing cost and value.
- Partner with Finance and Legal to model and forecast benefits spend and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
- Benchmark benefits offerings regularly to maintain competitiveness in each region and support DEI and total rewards philosophy.
Administration & Operations
- Own end-to-end benefits administration, including onboarding, open enrollment, offboarding, and life event change for benefits across US, India, UK, Brazil, and Colombia.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting for compliance filings (e.g., Form 5500, ACA reporting, imputed income, etc.).
- Manage tools and systems related to benefits, including integrations with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and brokers to ensure seamless employee experience and address escalated issues.
Regional Expertise & Compliance
- Lead global benefits operations in the U.S., India, Brazil, UK, and Colombia, staying informed on regional legislation and required benefits.
- Oversee administration of country-specific programs such as:
- HSA, FSA, 401(k) plans and nondiscrimination testing in the U.S.
- Meal vouchers, transportation stipends, and private insurance in Brazil and Colombia.
- Pension and statutory benefits in the UK and India.
- Ensure compliance with global reporting and statutory benefits requirements, coordinating with internal teams and external counsel as needed.
Team Member Experience & Feedback
- Develop and deliver employee benefits education, resources, and onboarding sessions across time zones.
- Regularly collect feedback and data from employees to evaluate satisfaction and areas for improvement.
- Partner with Internal Comms and People Ops to drive benefits awareness and engagement campaigns.
Reporting & Metrics
- Track and analyze benefit utilization, cost trends, and ROI; present insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Own internal benefits dashboards and partner with Finance on reconciliations, forecasting, and audits.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or total rewards, with a focus on multi-country program management.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits laws and practices, including 401(k), HSA, ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and Form 5500 reporting.
- Working knowledge of regional statutory and supplemental benefit programs in India, Brazil, UK, and Colombia.
- Experience managing vendor negotiations, RFPs, renewals, and contract reviews.
- Proficiency in benefits data reporting, cost modeling, and compliance documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage complex, multi-country timelines and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex benefits topics into clear, employee-friendly content.
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working across functions and time zones.

Compensation: $94,000 to $110,000 + Equity
