What you’ll do
Angi is looking for a Benefits Program Manager to join the Human Resources Operations team. The Benefits Program Manager is responsible for managing the implementation, administration, and optimization of employee benefits programs. Combining strategic planning and operational expertise, this role oversees the delivery of benefits solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance. The Benefits Program Manager works closely with internal teams and vendors to align benefits programs with organizational goals.
- Program Implementation & Administration:
- Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of new benefits programs or enhancements.
- Collaborate with HRIS, payroll, IT, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Oversee ongoing benefits operations, including enrollment, claims escalations, and issue resolution.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance evaluations.
- Serve as the primary contact for escalated benefits issues and complex cases.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., ERISA, HIPAA).
- Lead audits, prepare required filings and monitor regulatory changes.
- Provide detailed reporting on benefits utilization, costs, and employee engagement.
- Employee Communication & Training:
- Design communication strategies to educate employees on benefits programs and changes.
- Develop training materials and lead sessions for HR teams, managers, and employees.
- Address complex employee inquiries, providing guidance on program options and processes.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Use data analytics and employee feedback to recommend program enhancements.
- Stay informed of industry trends to ensure benefits offerings remain competitive and cost-effective.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of benefits administration.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7-9 years of experience in benefits administration, with expertise in program management and implementation.
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, disability, voluntary benefits).
- In-depth knowledge of benefits-related compliance (e.g., ACA, HIPAA, ERISA) and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, including the use of Excel, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP), and benefits administration platforms (e.g., BSwift).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset, capable of supporting and educating employees on their benefits options.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges from $110,000 - $125,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
