Job Description
The Role
As more Americans turn to cannabis for well-being, we are looking to grow our team to help us bring additional safe, trusted products to even more consumers and channels across the country. The Territory Manager will be a key player in expanding our THC-infused beverage business and growing consumer access to our best-in-class products.
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Territory Manager to spearhead the growth of our portfolio of brands led by Señorita and Rythm, award-winning hemp-derived THC beverage brands in a rapidly emerging market. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, driven, and eager to build a winning brand from the ground up. This role offers significant growth opportunities as the business expands. However, the individual must be comfortable taking a hands-on approach, actively engaging in the market, and serving as the primary resource on the ground.
Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to grow the Señorita and Rythm brands today, as well as broader beverage portfolio over time
- Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish sales targets and performance metrics to track success.
- Manage distributor planning and coordination to ensure strong execution in market and aligned goals
Sales & Relationship Building:
- Act as the face of the Señorita and Rythm brands in your territory, hitting the streets to build strong relationships with on and off-premise retail partners, hemp retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Drive sales through product placement, promotions, and education within target accounts.
- Secure new accounts and expand distribution within your assigned region.
Brand Advocacy & Education:
- Be an expert on the Señorita and Rythm brands and the hemp-derived legal THC beverage category, educating retailers and consumers on the benefits and unique qualities of the product.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives and in-store activations to boost brand visibility.
Execution & Operations:
- Serve as the “feet on the street” by visiting accounts, conducting tastings, and ensuring excellent shelf presence.
- Coordinate inventory and ensure sufficient stocking levels to support growth plan and in-market programming
- Work closely with internal teams to refine strategies based on field feedback.
Team Development:
- Establish a team of account executives, steering the hiring and training of new personnel ino the market and defining the go-to-market team structure and priorities
- Mentor and support team members as the territory expands.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years in a Territory Manager role, preferably in the alcohol beverage industry.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated and self-sufficient, with a hunger to win and the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
- Strategic & Tactical Skills: Capable of both developing a strategic plan and executing it on the ground.
- Relationship-Builder: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport with clients and partners.
- Knowledge of Emerging Markets: Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of alcohol beverage and/or hemp-derived legal THC products is a plus.
- Passion for Innovation: Excited to champion a new category and educate consumers about the product.
- Resilience & Resourcefulness: Scrappy, adaptable, and ready to overcome challenges in a competitive industry.
Additional Requirements
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must possess valid driver’s license

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
