Job Description
As a Billing & Audit Assistant at Intelligent Technical Solutions, you will support the organization’s purchasing and client billing processes, ensuring that all invoices are accurately generated, reviewed, and sent to clients on time. You will also be responsible for ensuring that monthly audits and reports are completed accurately and promptly. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate accurate client invoices based on contracts, services rendered, and work orders.
- Review and verify billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness before invoices are issued.
- Work closely with accounting team to address any client billing concerns or discrepancies. Investigate and resolve billing disputes and discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- Collect and analyze data, records, and reports to support audit activities. Ensure audits are completed on time and within scope.
- Identify discrepancies, variances, and trends that may indicate potential issues or areas of concern.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to gather necessary information and clarify audit findings.
- Contribute to the development of audit procedures and processes aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- A home office set up that meets the following:
- A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5, Windows10, MacOS BigSur 11
- Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload)
- HD webcam/camera
- A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings
- A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app
- A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview).
- Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (eventually)
Compensation
Pay rate starts at $3.75/hr and vary by experience and location.
