Why you’ll love this role:
We’re on the lookout for our next great Brand Designer to join our in-house creative services team. You’ll play a key role in elevating the Cribl brand through standout creative across digital campaigns, content marketing, tradeshows, events, and more.
We’re looking for someone who asks smart questions, understands the “why” behind the work, and brings ideas to life from concept to execution. If you thrive in a team that’s irreverent but serious—just like our brand—you’ll fit right in. We’re serious about great design, and we seriously have fun doing it.
This role reports to the Director of Brand and Creative.
As an active member of our team, you will:
- Create, present, and work with stakeholders to execute creative concepts that perform.
- Partner with our field and events teams to make sure Cribl shows up strong (and on-brand) at every user conference, event and tradeshow.
- Share your creative ideas with senior leaders and help guide decisions with your design expertise.
- Flex your skills across a range of projects—from t-shirts and swag to presentation decks and digital ads.
- Have room to stretch your creative wings on solo design work, while also joining forces with your teammates to bring bigger, cross-functional projects to life.
- This position may require off-hours duties around events and launches.
If you’ve got it - we want it
- 5 years of visual design experience, ideally in B2B startups.
- Strong design portfolio with a diverse range of projects, bonus points for motion design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira.
- Problem-solving skills with a solutions-first mindset.
- Organized and process-oriented without getting lost in the details.
- Willing to experiment and take risks.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player—collaboration and positive vibes are key.
- A solid sense of humor—we work hard, but our team is funny AF.
Salary Range ($121,000 - $143,000)
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
