What are we looking for?
In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that drives brand affinity, engagement, and loyalty. You will lead a brand team that comprises of social, influencer, consumer insights, external comms, campaigns, and content strategy, all tasked with growing brand affinity and trust. You have strategic vision rooted in consumer trends and insights and also possess data-driven decision making and creative problem solving skills. You know how to tell compelling stories across multiple platforms and formats to create meaningful connections with consumers and have a proven track record of developing and executing campaigns that drive business results.
What will you do?
- Develop and implement a compelling brand strategy that aligns with company goals and consumer needs.
- Oversee integrated campaigns that span digital, offline and experiential.
- Supercharge our organic social strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, content, design, and partnerships) to ensure brand alignment across all communications.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to refine brand strategy and positioning.
- Build and manage a high-performing brand team, fostering innovation and creativity.
- Monitor brand performance through key metrics and analytics, optimizing campaigns for engagement and conversion.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities in mental health and wellness.
- Champion brand storytelling to create authentic, emotionally resonant narratives that drive community engagement.
What will you NOT do?
- You will NOT worry about "runway", "cash left", or "how much time we have until the next round". We have the startup DNA but we're fully backed and funded, all the way to success.
- You will NOT be confined to your "job". You will get involved in product, marketing, business strategy, and almost everything we do.

Can I work remotely?
Yes. We operate on PST and candidates in any time zone are welcome to apply. We ask employees to travel to our San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite to collaborate in person and strengthen working relationships. Travel expenses are covered and reasonable accommodations are made for those under unique circumstances who cannot travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in international marketing, growth marketing, or related fields.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling marketing campaigns across multiple global markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and localization strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Ability to work in the US, to travel to our San Jose, California offices up to three times per year and to an additional company offsite.

The base salary range for this position is $215,000 - $225,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors – including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable to all full-time positions.
