About the Role
As a Brand Manager, you’ll be the strategic heartbeat of your client accounts—guiding campaigns, managing timelines, and ensuring every initiative aligns with the client’s voice and goals. You’ll collaborate with media strategists, creatives, analysts, and clients to deliver data-driven campaigns that are as smart as they are stunning.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Understand each client’s business, target audience, competitive landscape, and KPIs
Develop detailed project timelines and oversee the execution of campaigns
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and in line with brand guidelines
Monitor project progress, track results, and make proactive adjustments as necessary
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and new opportunities for your clients
Manage client relationships with a focus on trust, communication, and long-term partnership
Identify upsell or expansion opportunities and collaborate with the larger team for sales approach
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or digital marketing strategy with digital advertising agencies
Proven ability to lead client relationships and cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Familiarity with digital media channels and campaign performance metrics
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Confident presenter with excellent writing and interpersonal skills
Bonus: Experience in industries like retail, healthcare, or multi-location brands
