Job Summary:We’re hiring a Business Intelligence IV to develop and maintain the Rackspace business intelligence framework.
Work Location:
·If you live within a 40km radius of our Mexico City office we’d like for you to work in the office two days a week.
·If further than 40km you may work fully remote from one these states Monterey,Aguascalientes, Jalisco, Nuevo Leon, Puebla, Guadalajara, or Queretaro.

- Lead the design and development of the Business Intelligence (BI) architecture and continually refine the BI strategy to align with corporate direction.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in extraction of information from EFD, Star and Snowflake schemas.
- Build operational and ad-hoc reports.
- Build reports that take advantage of OLAP/Dimensional Modeling capabilities.
- Build executive dashboards and corporate scorecards.
- Work with customers to define their requirements and create information delivery solutions that meet their needs utilizing “best practices.”.
- Write software in an open-source setting.
- Write and design documents.
- Review proposed software branches.
- Participates in project discussions.
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in field related to role. At the manager’s discretion, additional relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
- 8+ years of business intelligence experience.
- Ability to use Big Data Software Tools.
- Cloud computing experience.
- Must have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA’s) data Lake software, data mining, data modeling skills, and data virtualization.
- Experience with SQL Databases.
- Experience with Version Control Platform tools.
