What We Look For in Future BI / GTM Analyst Hires
We regularly seek professionals with:

Experience building reporting frameworks and dashboards to support GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)

Proven ability to synthesize large datasets and deliver actionable insights for business leaders

Strong command of tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Salesforce, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

Comfort working cross-functionally with RevOps, product, and finance teams

Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
