Job Summary

Your Role:
As Tenable’s AWS Business Operations Manager, you will be the key subject matter expert driving seamless collaboration between Tenable and AWS across Marketplace, Co-Sell, and SCA program administration. You’ll act as the vital link connecting AWS with our Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams—ensuring smooth execution and maximizing business impact. While you’ll primarily focus on AWS (95% of the role), you’ll also support similar initiatives for GCP and Azure. If you’re passionate about cloud marketplaces, cross-functional teamwork, and operational excellence, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape Tenable’s AWS business operations.
Your Opportunity:
Manage and optimize AWS Marketplace product listings, pricing, and revenue performance
Coordinate AWS Private Offers, billing reconciliation, and credit program management
Serve as subject matter expert for AWS, GCP, and Azure Marketplaces and Tenable’s Composable Offer
Liaise with AWS Marketplace support and internal teams to resolve technical and transactional issues
Develop and maintain dashboards for Marketplace sales, co-sell activity, and credit usage reporting
Support Sales Operations and deal desk functions related to Marketplace and AWS credits
Enable and coordinate co-sell efforts with AWS sellers and internal stakeholders
Onboard and maintain ISVs within the AWS Partner Network and manage pipeline submissions
Ensure timely responses and compliance with ACE SLAs and AWS credit policies
Drive process improvements and automation to streamline Marketplace workflows
Monitor and report on influenced revenue, credit redemption, and program compliance
Stay current on AWS Marketplace features, incentives, and partner program updates

What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Management, or related field
5–10 years in operations roles, with 2+ years working on AWS operations
Skilled in organizational planning, management, metrics, and reporting
Able to work independently, meeting deadlines and budgets
Proficient in Tableau, Salesforce, and Google Docs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective at building relationships with peers and leadership
Experience working in globally distributed, hybrid teams
Comfortable working at a computer for extended periods
Willing to participate in training, presentations, and meetings
Able to travel occasionally as needed

This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance.
