We are looking for a Business Program Manager to join our enterprise tech client’s design team.

- Lead strategic business operations programs focusing on the rhythm of business and data analytics, aligning them with organizational objectives and goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand strategic business needs and provide effective solutions.
- Manage budget hygiene activities including meeting with budget owners, managing purchase orders, expense reports, and tracking invoicing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Implement rhythm of business practices and lead data analytics initiatives to drive actionable insights and informed decision-making.
- Manage program resources effectively, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and maximizing value delivery.
- Establish key performance indicators and develop regular reporting mechanisms to track program performance and provide insights to stakeholders
We would like you to have…
- 4 –6 years of experience in program management, business operations, data analytics, and budget management.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering strategic programs, optimizing processes, and driving business outcomes.
- Experience implementing the rhythm of business practices, including meeting cadences, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Experience managing budget hygiene activities, including meeting with budget owners, managing purchase orders, expense reports, and tracking invoicing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Enterprise experience preferred
- Technology industry experience preferred
- PMI Certification preferred
- BA or Masters preferred

Compensation Range: $50/hr - $65/hr.
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during the interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
