About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Workday) to join our expanding Global Business Technology team. This hands-on role will be responsible for supporting and configuring the Workday application and will require excellent knowledge of human resource business processes and methodologies along with strong analytical skills. This role should have hands-on experience in Workday HCM implementation and configuration.

This role will partner with diverse, geographically dispersed, business stakeholders to provide technical support and expertise, deliver projects to increase business efficiency, and automate business processes.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Build and maintain functional configuration and features of the Workday application with a focus on HCM functional areas including: Benefits, Compensation, Time and Attendance, Talent and Performance, Payroll
  • Work closely with the business teams to understand functional requirements and execute them through successful implementation, testing and deployment with required documentation
  • Build and maintain Workday Integrations with benefit providers, payroll partners, and adjacent business systems
  • Lead end-to-end functional support for Workday and serve as a service desk escalation point for end user support
  • Adapt and improve existing methods, tools, and procedures to build solutions to deliver on business needs, drive business process efficiencies, and improve employee experience
  • Enhance and sustain business process governance associated with IT general controls that are in scope of compliance initiatives

You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:

  • 5+ years progressive experience as System Analyst/Administrator of people systems such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent and Performance
  • 3+ years of hands on experience with Workday functional configuration (business process configuration, condition rules, calculated fields)
  • 2+ years of experience scaling people systems in organizations with a global footprint
  • A comprehensive understanding of Business Process Framework, Workday Studio, EIBs, Connectors, Reporting, Reporting-as-a-service (RaaS) and Workday Security
  • Experience importing data in and out of Workday system either through API or reports
  • An ability to oversee user access management and support change management frameworks to ensure IT control compliance
  • Able to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
  • An understanding of agile project management methodologies and tools (Jira)

The posted compensation range reflects the base salary for this position. In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Salsify employees receive equity in the form of stock options. All full-time employees are invited to participate in our Total Rewards plan, which includes health & medical benefits, PTO, and more. Offers to join Salsify are based on a few criteria, including the scope of the role, the candidate’s work experience, targeted skills, internal equity of the team, and external market data.
National Pay Range
€45.050€53.000 EUR
