We’re looking for a hands-onChannel & Field Marketing Managerto join our growing team – someone who doesn’t just plan campaigns and events but brings them to life with creativity and energy.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in making our brand more visible across the DACH region, actively engaging with our Managed Service Providers (MSPs), resellers, and insurance broker partners – all while helping us attract new customers through strong collaboration.
What You’ll Do
You’ll design and organize events that boost Eye Security’s visibility across the DACH region from roadshows and partner formats to trade fairs and webinars.
You’ll develop channel marketing initiatives in collaboration with our MSPs, resellers, and broker partners with the goal of generating demand together.
You’ll bring our brand to the places that matter – both live and digital – through events, media, and thought leadership.
You’ll run regional campaigns and localize central content into relevant marketing actions – from email campaigns to content placements.
You’ll track impact: leads, reach, conversion and optimize what doesn’t deliver.
What You Bring
A degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a focus on channel marketing (agency experience is a plus).
A strong track record of delivering impactful campaigns and events with measurable outcomes ideally in a scale-up environment.
Solid understanding of PR and communications within the German-speaking market.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (landing pages, email workflows, lead nurturing, etc.) is essential.
Excellent organizational skills and data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of KPIs.
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for events and partner meetings.
