Overview
As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, plays a key role in enabling the CEO’s effectiveness, driving operational rigor, and ensuring alignment across the executive team. In this role, you are responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating strategic initiatives, and providing critical support in decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Act as a thought partner to the CEO, helping to drive strategic priorities and streamline decision-making.
- Support the execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage CEO’s executive workflows, preparing briefings, presentations, and key communications.
- Organize and facilitate executive team meetings, ensuring follow-through on action items.
- Drive operational efficiency by refining business processes and reporting structures.
- Develop content and prepare materials for board meetings, investor discussions, and leadership updates.
- Partner with the executive team to track company OKRs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in external engagements, supporting the CEO in client, investor, and industry interactions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or leadership roles, preferably within a SaaS, e-commerce, or PE-backed environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive execution across teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in executive-level communications.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly organized, with experience managing multiple high-priority projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Highly organized, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, PE-backed SaaS e-commerce environment.
Travel Required
