About the Role
ResultStack is seeking aSenior Full-Stack Engineer who excels in both technical depth and client communication. This fully remote role is openonly to U.S.-based candidates authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
In this role, you’ll lead by example—building scalable, secure web and mobile applications while collaborating closely with clients to solve complex business challenges. You’ll be working directly with clients, soclear, professional communication skills are essential.
What You’ll Do
Architect and build enterprise-grade, consumer-facing web and mobile applications
Collaborate with U.S.-based clients to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions
Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack
Lead and mentor other engineers while remaining hands-on with code
Optimize performance, scalability, and security
Own features from concept through deployment and maintenance
Stay current on new technologies and improve dev processes through innovation
Implement CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps best practices
What You Bring
Strong experience with large-scale full-stack application development
Front-end experience with React, Angular, Vue, or similar frameworks
Back-end proficiency with Node.js, .NET (C#), or comparable technologies
Skilled in responsive UI design using CSS or frameworks like Tailwind or Bootstrap
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
Solid understanding of software security and performance optimization
Experience working with clients or consulting teams ishighly preferred
Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal
A self-starter mindset and comfort with remote, collaborative work
Nice to Have
Prior team leadership or technical lead experience
Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD tooling
Consulting background or prior client-facing engineering experience
Passion for clean code and solving real-world problems at scale
