About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Invoice Audit Specialist with a background in accounting or law. In this role, you will focus on auditing software systems and UPS/FedEx invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies. Your expertise will ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough audits of UPS/FedEx invoices to identify billing errors, overcharges, and discrepancies.
- Review and assess software systems for accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports and summaries of audit findings with actionable recommendations.
- Develop and implement controls to prevent future discrepancies and optimise processes.
- Stay updated on relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards related to shipping and billing.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Accounting experience working in logistics/ warehousing company.
- Proven experience in auditing, invoicing, billing and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with UPS/FedEx billing systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in auditing tools and software; advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
- $8,400 - $9,600 Annual Salary
