Job Description
Our client is seeking a motivated and energetic Cold Caller to help grow the top of the sales funnel and build relationships with potential clients. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a critical role in generating interest and qualifying leads through outbound cold calls. You will utilize a dialer (Orum) to make calls, present the company’s offerings, and set qualified appointments. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to business growth and advance in the sales development field.

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Cold Calls: Make outbound calls to prospects using the Orum dialer, introducing the company’s products and services and generating interest.
Qualify Leads & Set Appointments: Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and set appointments for the sales team. Present key information to ensure prospects understand the value proposition.
Pipeline Management: Manage the pipeline by tracking interactions, following up with leads, and moving them through the sales process.
Top of Funnel Growth: Play a key role in growing the top of the sales funnel, generating a consistent flow of qualified leads.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments are scheduled and the lead handoff process is seamless.
Positive Interaction: Maintain a positive, motivated, and personable approach with prospects, ensuring a great first impression.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales development, outbound dialing, or appointment setting.
Communication Skills: Native English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging prospects effectively.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with sales dialers (Orum or similar) and CRM tools.
Motivated & Personable: Strong work ethic, great attitude, and ability to build rapport with prospects quickly.
Pipeline Management: Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize leads, and follow up effectively.
Results-Oriented: A goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
