The Role
As a Collections Analyst, you will be expected to drive efficient and empathetic collections, ensuring Bloomerang maintains strong financial health while fostering positive client relationships. As a professional with B2B collections and accounts receivable experience, you will play a key role in managing the collection of outstanding invoices and driving accountability, ensuring that payment challenges are resolved while providing exceptional customer service. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to collaborate across teams to improve processes, enhance the overall customer experience, and contribute to Bloomerang's mission and values.
What You Will Do
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the sales process, from contract initiation to Billing and Collection of payment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle tasks such as invoicing, collections, phone support, and email-based customer service.
- Manage daily operations, including accounts receivable reporting, payment collections and processing, and refunds as necessary using Billing Platform(s).
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies by working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Be open to cross-training and supporting team members as needed.
What You Need to Succeed
- 1‐3 years’ experience working in B2B accounts receivables.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills are a must.
- Adaptability and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide and receive feedback.
- A positive attitude and a passion for contributing to causes that support non-profit organizations.
Nice to Haves But Not Required
- Lockbox Cash Application experience
- Knowledge of Ordway/Salesforce.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $37,000-$55,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
