We’re looking for a Commercial Operations Associate to manage our contracting workflow and support our documentation/knowledge management for the Commercial team. This role reports to the Vice President of Commercial Operations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the end-to-end management of Garner’s contract workflow for new client sales, new advisor partnerships, and renewals/upsells for existing clients.
- Assist the Commercial Team in maintaining its content library, including cleanup, version control, and organization.
- Aided the commercial team in designing and documenting workflows and processes.
- Conduct data entry and cleanup in Salesforce, Outreach, and other tools to facilitate ad-hoc and regular data analysis.
- Support high-visibility special projects for the Commercial Team, including in-person meetings, product rollouts, and more.
The ideal candidate has:
- 2 years of experience in relevant roles such as Operations, Deal Desk, or Contract Management. Experience in sales, enablement, and customer success is also considered.
- Possesses a keen eye for detail and maintains exacting quality standards.
- Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills and can edit written materials for clarity and structure in a business setting.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and a passion for streamlining and simplifying processes.
- Shows problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude.
- Exhibits a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever it takes to ensure the company's success.
- Has experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
- Holds a desire to be part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system.
- Authorized to work legally in the United States, as Garner does not currently engage in immigration sponsorship.

The target salary range for this position is $60,000- $85,000.Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
