In this role, you will be a key member of a dynamic team responsible for Remote’s external communications, as part of the Marketing department. You will take ownership of Remote’s analyst relations strategy, building strong relationships with industry analysts to shape how our products, brand, and leadership are perceived in the market. Your work will play a critical role in supporting thought leadership, product positioning, and market awareness across regions.
What you bring
- Professional experience in B2B Tech analyst relations. Preference will be given to candidates with experience managing Tier 1 analyst firm relationships
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy, buyer journeys, and the role of third-party influence in shaping market perception and purchase decisions
- Experience coordinating cross-functional input from product, marketing, and executive teams to deliver impactful content
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex product and market information into compelling positioning and messaging
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior analysts and internal stakeholders with confidence and credibility
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize competing deadlines across regions and time zones
- Ability to analyze analyst reports, identify key trends and gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Excellent writer and communicator with a keen attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive on a fast-paced, high-growth, globally distributed team
- Writes and speaks fluent English. Additional languages are a plus
- It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage Remote’s relationships with key industry analysts across Tier 1 and emerging firms
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase Remote’s presence in analyst research, rankings, and market evaluations
- Coordinate and lead analyst briefings, inquiries, and strategy sessions in collaboration with product, marketing, and leadership teams
- Lead the end-to-end process for participating in analyst evaluations, including RFP responses, evidence collection, and stakeholder alignment
- Develop clear, compelling messaging and briefing materials that communicate Remote’s vision, product strategy, and market differentiation
- Monitor analyst research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities to strengthen Remote’s positioning
- Maintain an organized calendar of analyst engagements, reporting cycles, and deliverables, and track performance and outcomes over time

The base salary range for this full-time position is $36,300 - $122,650. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
