The Role

As our Growth Marketing Manager (Earned Media), you will own all aspects of growing the business through new programs, channels, funnels, and communities. You will immediately lead all customer and prospect messaging, owned audience building, and social audience engagement and growth.

You will be close partners with our demand generation, product marketing, design, and analytics teams as well as working directly with our executive team regularly.

This is a role where you will drive the roadmap and strategy to accomplish audience and business growth in any way you see fit and are able to. Autonomy and ownership of outcomes are imperative.

What you’ll do:

  • Build integrated programs to grow a loyal and engaged owned email audience
  • Create a holistic social strategy to grow the company brand following as well as key internal influencer followings
  • Launch and incubate net new organic growth marketing channels
  • Create scientific measurement strategies to understand the investment needed to scale programs quickly
  • Identify other areas for awareness and demand generation growth via content marketing, customer marketing, and activation of our existing user base
  • Work with demand generation teams to accelerate your programs
  • Work with product marketing teams to increase amplification of product and thought leadership launches
  • Work with founders to elevate their influential brands across owned channels

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience of experience growing marketing channels and/or audiences
  • Proven track record of being able to grow owned audiences and/or followerships on any channel (Email, YouTube, Socials, Communities, etc)
  • Process-oriented and data-driven approach to running channels and measuring their results
  • Demonstrable ability to create content and programs that are both interesting and accurate
  • Demonstrated skills as an opinionated contributor to copywriting and design for both marketing materials and product
  • Excitement around taking full ownership and accountability of their work and results
  • Excellent communicator at both the tactical and executive level
  • High sense of urgency for company-level outcomes

The salary range for this position is $130,000-$170,000 USD per year which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy.
