We are looking for a Content Editor to join our enterprise tech client’s product experience team to work on Customer Facing self-help content.

*This is a remote opportunity however must be available for PST working hours.

Would you like to…

  • Work with an engaged and passionate community of authors on documents that span across full product suite.

  • Work on reviewing and fine-tuning Self-help Customer Facing content created by SPMs/Service Principals.

  • Build support abilities for authors such as troubleshooting products for their articles and solution product tools.

  • Define and execute the roadmap for several internal and external facing services and experiences that provide the most accurate and effective solutions to our customers.

  • Responsible for the design and execution of programs across all 250+ services to increase the adoption of new features and to improve the quality of the solutions they create.

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand they're trying to showcase and style guidelines which show how to communicate with their customers in a technical way.

  • Own the definition, tracking and reporting of supportability KPIs.

  • Write technical materials, such as equipment materials, appendices, or operating and maintenance instructions. Responsible for organizing, editing and maintaining technical records and files.

  • The role will consist of 75% independent work, 10% office hours meetings and 20% collaborating on teams with editors, authors and teammates.

We would like you to have…

  • 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or English, journalism, communications is required to be eligible for this role.

  • Must have technical support, documentation knowledge, product support or support ability

  • 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps -- basic ADO skills.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams & GitHub for collaboration.

    5+ years of experience with Technical writing and copywriting.

Compensation Range: $40-$42/hr.

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
