About the role
We’re hiring a Content & Education Strategist to lead the development and management of patient-facing materials across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for planning, writing, and organizing educational content that helps patients understand and navigate their care. You’ll work with clinical, product, and support teams to identify common questions, create helpful resources, and maintain them over time.
You’ll also help manage the production of content using internal and external collaborators like video editors, copywriters, and medical experts. Occasionally, you may also create internal training or reference materials to help team members stay aligned on care guidelines, product updates, or communication best practices.

Responsibilities
Plan and manage educational content across platforms like Intercom, YouTube, our Help Center, and email
Write, edit, and maintain patient-facing materials such as video scripts, onboarding content, eBooks, and articles
Identify content needs by reviewing patient questions, support conversations, and product features
Ensure content is accurate, clear, concise, and up-to-date
Collaborate with internal teams and outside contributors to produce high-quality content
Own the strategy and roadmap for educational content across the patient journey
Occasionally create or maintain internal documentation to support team training and alignment
Requirements
Experience writing consumer-facing content, especially in health, wellness, or tech
Clear and concise writing style with an empathetic tone
Strong content planning and organization skills
Ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and timelines
Familiarity with tools like Intercom, YouTube, Notion, CMS platforms, and video tools
Bonus: experience working with medical or clinical teams
