About the Role
We’re looking for a Contract Operations Coordinator to support the customer success and billing teams in managing the end-to-end customer contract process. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and systems to ensure contract creation, tracking, and approvals are handled with speed and accuracy. You will play a critical part in supporting our wholesale customers as we continue to scale and evolve our operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the customer contract process for LeafLink’s wholesale clients across multiple systems (Salesforce, Sage Intacct, Nue).
- Review and populate standard contract templates based on deal structure and client requirements.
- Ensure timely processing of new contracts, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
- Collaborate with customer success, finance, and legal teams to align on contract terms and escalate issues as needed.
- Track contract status and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
- Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and recommend improvements for better efficiency and compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract-related questions or follow-ups.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in contract operations, customer success, sales operations, or a related role.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs; experience with Sage Intacct and/or Nue is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and time zones.
- Prior experience working with US-based clients or in a SaaS/startup environment is a bonus.
