SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Contract Talent Partner to join us in spreading the power of Wiz by identifying and attracting top talent. In this role you will report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, contributing to full-cycle recruitment efforts for G+A, revenue operations, enablement, and more.
We are focused on candidates located in the Eastern and Central time zones. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers through a seamless, world-class recruitment process.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to your hiring managers, guiding them on the interview process, candidate experience, how to provide proper feedback, and more.
- Collaborate with hiring teams on sourcing and engaging passive talent.
- Serve as a Wiz evangelist, introducing candidates to our company and brand.
- Use data to inform your recruitment process and candidate experience strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with Recruiting Operations, HRBPs, Total Rewards, Finance, and more.
- Keep a pulse on trends in the job market and how they can inform your searches.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years’ recruiting experience in a full-cycle capacity.
- ATS Experience – Greenhouse strongly preferred, but not required.
- A consistent track record of hitting/exceeding goals or metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- The ability to source and network passive candidates who aren’t familiar with Wiz.
- An “advisory” approach – an active listener who puts the customer first but isn’t afraid to be the subject matter expert when necessary.
- A high level of integrity. Always choosing the “right” option versus the “easy” option.
- Previous experience working for a cloud security or SaaS company.
- Previous experience working for a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup company.
Compensation
Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
