Job Overview:
The Lead role at ABC Legal serves as the entry-level management position, guiding individuals, small team, or project involving direct reports. Leads are responsible for ensuring their team members understand and meet their own objectives. This role requires the ability to manage day-to-day operations, manage employee timecards/scheduling, provide feedback, train employees, conduct and deliver employee reviews and serve as a point of contact between staff and higher management. Leads may also participate in hiring decisions for their team and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor direct reports.
- Monitor and optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of Court Support processes.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance.
- Drive process improvements and suggest new solutions to improve performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role or leadership skills with logistics.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Skye, particularly related to Sheriffs/Partners is a plus.
