INFUSE is looking for a Creatives Delivery Associate to join us in making high-quality products. This position presents an exciting opportunity to work on one of our projects in the American market. Our clients are large international companies, including Microsoft, Google, Lenovo, HP, Oracle, IBM, Cisco, Intel, Samsung, Panasonic, VMware, and Red Hat. The company has over 1100 employees in the USA, Ukraine, Great Britain, and more. Join our growing team at INFUSE.
We are looking for a specialist to oversee the collaboration between our web design and copywriting teams, ensuring a seamless workflow and interaction with our Client Success and Campaign manager departments. In addition to working with Google Docs to plan and manage tasks, you will be responsible for coordinating all interactions between teams and maintaining accurate task tables.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Distribution of tasks between web design and copywriting teams, ensuring interaction between Client Success, Campaign manager departments;
- Participation in rallies;
- Working with Google Docs - planning tasks and requests, control over task due dates;
- Coordination of all interaction processes between the teams;
- Maintaining and keeping up-to-date information in task tables (cleaning and checking data accuracy).
Requirements:
- Upper-Intermediate + level of English;
- Confident PC user, good Excel skills, Google Drive/Sheets skills are desirable;
- Multitasking and initiative.
