THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Data Analyst to our Marketing team in Brazil!

The Marketing Data Analyst is an embedded analyst position that plays a key role in transforming marketing data into dashboards and reports that drive strategic decisions across marketing initiatives.

This role's primary responsibility is to support Insights Managers by preparing clean, accurate, and repeatable data assets and reports. The analyst will transform business questions and challenges into queries and dashboards, ensuring that the data product ecosystem is robust and consistent for others to consume. This key player shapes marketing strategy through targeted data products, identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating across teams to enable data-driven insights.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Data Preparation: Translate business or insight questions into queries, reports, and/or dashboards, and collaborate with Insights Managers on how we want to give visibility to this data (understanding the “why” and the business challenge).
  • Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics. Data Governance: Ensure the consistent usage of concepts, metrics, and KPI definitions across our data products.
  • Quality Testing: Ensure data accuracy and reliability in our dashboards by proactively detecting possible data deviations and working with Analytics Engineers to resolve them. Develop new business quality tests for new data products.
  • Ecosystem Collaboration: Collaborate with the Global Analytics team to ensure a robust data product ecosystem and consistent reporting methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Relationship: Collaborate closely with Insights Managers and business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure analytics deliverables align with their objectives.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Resides in Brazil.
  • Degree in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Previous experience with Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence or Data Science.
  • Proficiency in BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Amplitude).
  • Advanced knowledge in SQL and/or Python for data analysis and exploration.
  • Preferred knowledge of marketing technology platforms such as Hubspot, SFMC, Braze, or Segment.
  • Understanding of marketing concepts and user journeys.
  • Strong storytelling and data presentations skills.
  • Advanced English is mandatory.
