We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team and support our marketing and sales operations by driving high-quality data integrations, governance, and analytics capabilities. This role will be critical in ensuring seamless data flow between systems, maintaining data integrity, and enabling advanced marketing and sales insights.
This is a contract, hourly role—perfect for experienced professionals who enjoy fast-paced, high-impact work and want the flexibility to engage in meaningful, cutting-edge client initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain integrations between CRM systems (primarily Salesforce) and marketing platforms, ensuring accurate field mapping and effective data synchronization.

Implement, monitor, and optimize marketing platform integrations, leveraging APIs, webhooks, and LaunchPoint for advanced marketing automation workflows.

Integrate external data sources to enrich internal systems, supporting a comprehensive view of customer and prospect data.

Utilize marketing platform reporting tools to deliver insights and support campaign optimization.

Champion data quality management and governance best practices across platforms to ensure consistent, reliable, and compliant data.

Support multi-touch attribution models and lead scoring initiatives, enabling data-driven marketing and sales strategies.

Conduct rigorous testing and QA of workflows, integrations, and data syncs to ensure system reliability and data accuracy.
Qualifications:

Strong experience with CRM integrations, preferably with Salesforce, including field mapping and troubleshooting sync issues.

Expertise in marketing platforms, including hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and LaunchPoint integrations.

Proven ability to integrate and manage external data sources into existing systems.

Familiarity with marketing platform reporting tools for campaign and lead analysis.

Knowledge of data quality management and governance frameworks, with a passion for maintaining clean and reliable data.
