Backed by powerhouse investors like Telescope Partners, Blackstone, Elefund, and Permira, we’re growing fast—and we want you to be part of it.
This role will be part of the ARI (Availability, Rates, Inventory) team within Supply, which is responsible for maintaining our inventory, ensuring customers have access to the best rates, and providing strategic guidance to our sales team.
Your Mission:
As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:
- Owning intake on the ARI support board, ensuring all tasks accurately triaged and assigned within our SLAs.
- Tasks created here are critical to ensuring the growth of Engines property inventory and competitive pricing for our customers.
- Complete all assigned tasks within SLA while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- As an IC you will also take ownership of tickets (e.g. onboard a new property) - communication and turn around time are critical to delivering a best in class service to our internal and external customers.
- Maintain weekly and monthly dashboards tracking performance across ARI intake requests.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ARI SOPs and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with partners and internal sales teams to support supply operations and address inventory-related issues.
- Execute ad-hoc ticketing requests from stakeholders: generate bespoke reporting, provide analysis of data and identify root causes for engineering triage.
KPIs:
Operational efficiency
- ARI intake triaged and assigned within SLA
- Tickets resolved within SLA
Process improvements
- Reduction in time on task for ARI tickets through iterative improvements
- Increase quality and coverage of ARI documentation and process mapping
Reporting
- Comprehensive and regular reporting to cover ARI KPIs
Quality of Analysis
- Stakeholder satisfaction with reporting and analysis
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis, data analytics, or related fields.
- Familiarity working with Global Distribution Systems or Online Travel Agencies is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel and Looker for reporting and data analysis.
- Strong analytics and data management skills.
- A self-starter who takes ownership of tasks, communicates clearly, and ensures timely execution (“driver, not passenger” mentality).
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented and reliable with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to problem solve and work on several projects simultaneously while continuing to provide quality work
Preferred:
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake and Postman for data extraction and analysis.
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus.
Key Competencies:
- Structured problem solving – ability to approach challenges methodically and implement effective solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working with data, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational efficiency, we’d love to hear from you!
Applications for this role will be accepted through 10/22/2025 or until the role is filled. We encourage you to apply early, as we may begin reviewing applications before the deadline.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
